Review: CoverFX Custom Cover Drops

Hey loves!! Today I’m going to be talking about the Cover FX Custom Cover Drops.

CoverFX was kind enough to send me few of their products and this particular product was something I was looking to try out for a while. The custom cover drops are basically a pigment that allows you to customize any beauty product, adding coverage that you control. These can be added to oils, foundations, moisturizers, serums, primers … Basically anything liquid to give you a coverage of your desire. Depending on how much coverage you want, you can control the number of drops you add to your beauty product. However, they are not designed to be used alone.

When I was playing around with it, I wasn’t sure of how many drops to add and I ended up doing 4 drops and OH MY it sure gave me TOTAL COVERAGE!!! I think this is a great product for brides as they do require complete coverage on their special day. Personally, I only use this product for a special occasion and not daily. As long as your wearing a proper primer, the product won’t make you look like a grease ball or dry up.

Shade Chart

It comes in a variety of shades. I used the Cover FX natural finish foundation in shade G20 and mixed custom drops in shade N20 and it gave an amazing finish. I did use the Cover Fx matte setting powder to set my face along with Urban Decay Setting spray to help the product last longer.

I would definitely give this product a two thumbs up. It’s a great product for artists to have in their kit. Overall, I was very satisfied with it.

CoverFX Custom Cover Drops can be purchased at your local Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart or directly of their website CoverFX.

Enjoy!
